Crossing The Finish Line

Crossing the finish line

Crossing the finish line

In any marathon or running for that matter, it’s good to avoid suddenly stopping at the finish line and a good practice to let the body gradually taper off before it comes to a halt.

Likewise, in this boot camp, as the 21 days/tasks come to a close. Do continue with a minimum of 6 tasks for the next 6 days after the celebration task (today’s) and let the gatekeeper be one of the task in this list.

You can choose other tasks according to the balance task (Day 21 task).

Most tasks in the boot camp are and can become a way of life for you without approaching it like a task. Ex: Frog-task, T2A, Olympic and Sleep time and digital detox.

Some tasks you may have been doing before and now you can approach them with more mindfulness.

You can also prepare a plan going ahead of the tasks you want to keep and commit a date until when you will be doing it. Ex: The tasks you choose to do until the end of next month or any other date. Keep doing these tasks chosen by you and on days when it can be difficult to them all then do only the gatekeeper.

Wishing to more strength, courage and faith in yourself
